B.A., University of Illinois at Chicago, cum laude
Ben Levine is a law clerk at Jackson LLP.
With his diverse background in healthcare, Ben is excited to apply what he has learned to his work at Jackson LLP.
Ben received his undergraduate degree in philosophy, cum laude, from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Currently, he is a second-year law student at Loyola University Chicago School of Law. There, Ben writes for the Loyola Consumer Law Review, the only law review in the country dedicated to examining issues as they relate to consumers. Additionally, he works as a student attorney within Loyola’s Health Justice Project Clinic, an interdisciplinary medical-legal partnership devoted to solving social and legal issues that negatively affect vulnerable populations.
Before law school, Ben worked as a behavioral specialist at Rogers Behavioral Health. As a clinician, he sharpened his critical thinking and problem-solving abilities while practicing an empathic, patient-focused approach to his work. Before treating patients directly, Ben worked within healthcare administration and gained valuable insights into what makes healthcare practices run smoothly.
Outside of work, Ben enjoys spending time with close friends, playing guitar, and checking out new restaurants in the city. He lives on the north side of Chicago.
