Kelly McDunn, J.D., is a Law Clerk and future attorney at Jackson LLP.

Kelly is passionate about helping healthcare professionals streamline their business practices, so they can focus on providing quality patient care. 

Kelly studied at Boston University, receiving her bachelor’s degree in business administration and management, with concentrations in business law and marketing. Kelly most recently graduated from the Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where she earned her Certificate in Health Care Law. After taking the 2023 Illinois bar exam, Kelly will join the firm as an attorney.

At Loyola, Kelly was a member of the Health Law Society and the Intellectual Property Law Society. Additionally, she has been published in the Advance Directive online publication of Annals of Health Law and Life Sciences. Her article discussed Medicare’s coverage of innovative medical devices that have received the FDA’s Breakthrough Device Designation.

Prior to attending law school, Kelly worked in entertainment marketing and as a research associate at a legal technology company.

Outside of work, Kelly spends time with family and friends. She enjoys trying new restaurants and solving jigsaw puzzles.
